- This project consists of roof remodel on the existing Building 1144 Manila Dwelling located approximately 2 blocks east of the Flaming Gorge Ranger District at 310 Ashley Way, Manila, UT 84046 via Highway 43, Ashley National Forest, Daggett County. This project includes all requirements and necessary construction to alleviate existing roof deterioration--steps that will be taken will include the following: remove existing roof materials according to drawings and specifications; install new metal roof according to drawings and specifications; and warranty of the new remodel/installation is to be included in the project. This solicitation is set-aside for Small Business. The magnitude estimated price is: less than $25,000. Solicitation will be available for download from FedBizOpps website at http://www.fbo.gov on or before June 27, 2012. NOTE: Prospective awardee shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award. Informaton on registration may be obtained via the internet at http://www.ccr.gov or by calling 888-227-2423. All contractors and vendors must complete the electronic version of the Representations and Certifications (Section K in solicitations) in the ORCA System. The ORCA site is http://www.bpn.gov (lick on the Oline Reps and Certs Application. A Pre-Bid Site Visit is planned for this solicitation: DATE: June 20, 2012 @ 11:00 a.m. (Mountain Time) PLACE: Manila Residence, Flaming Gorge Ranger District, 25 W Hwy 43, Manila, UT 84046 Interested parties will meet at the Ranger District and then drive to the Manila dwelling.
