- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F1C7AM2131A001 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-55. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333120. The business size standard is 750 Employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 3695. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3531. This is a best value award. The contractor shall provide the following commercial items requested in this solicitation: FOD System CLIN Specification: CLIN 0001 - Quantity 1 EA - 16 foot wide debris removal system. - Must be able to attach via a pintle hook to a vehicle - Must be able to pick up any debris, not just metallic objects due to the condition of the flight line. - Must be able to be used during wet or dry conditions. - Must not have a motor or vacuum. ***ALL SHIPPING COSTS MUST BE INCLUDED WITH FINAL QUOTE. SHIPPING IS DIRECT TO GUAM. SEE ADDRESS BELOW. *** 734 AMS ATTN: MSgt Lynch Unit 14008 Bldg 19028 Arc Light Blvd APO AP 96543 This requirement MUST be delivered no later than 1 September 2012. Offers will be evaluated and awarded to the responsible Offeror whose offer represents the best value to the Government based upon 1) Delivery date of no later than 1 September 2012; 2) Technical specifications described in the CLIN; and 3) Price. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal. The Government reserves the right to award on a multiple award or an all or none basis.
