SF 18 Statement of Work Construction Clauses under $100K - Repair and Paint Facility Exterior Finish ID120002_Davis Bacon Wage Determination REPRESENTATION BY CORPORATIONS REGARDING AN UNPAID DELINQUENT TAX LIABILITY OR A FELONY CONVICTION (DEVIATION 2012-01) (FEB 2012) USDA-ARS, Aberdeen, Idaho is seeking bids for professional repair and painting services in accordance with EIFS manufacture and requirements as described herein and on attached contract documents. Contractor shall provide all labor and materials to repair all damaged areas of the EIFS finish, expansion joints, and repaint designated areas. Repair joints and repaint parapet cap. Work will be completed within 45 days from notice to proceed. Estimate range is $25,000 to $50,000. To be eligible for award, contractor must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov. This procurement is set aside for Small Business.
