- Question: In the attached announcement, the fifth question in the one-on-one questions, "Why types of agreements and processes should be established between operators and lead the System Integrator contractor?" Can you clarify the question so we may best answer it? Answer: We are looking for recommendations of types of signed agreements (ex.Service level agreements) and processes that need to be established and documented between operators and system integrator.
