- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Fayetteville, North Carolina has a requirement for a contractor to provide Financial Management Consultant services. The Contractor will be required to provide financial management consulting services to the VA Medical Center Fayetteville. The Contractor must have technical skills in VHA Budget Policy to develop and recommend a budget plan taking into consideration workload, Part-time, salaries, non-payroll requirements and space. This contract will be awarded for one base year plus one (1) year optional period. This is a cascaded requirement in accordance with VAAR Subpart 819.7005. The NAICS code is 541611.
