- GimmelSoft Limited Source Justification InfoReliance Corporation - Notice of Intent The PBGC intends to make a sole-source award to InfoReliance Corporation, located at 4050 Legato Road, Suite 700, Fairfax, VA 22033. InfoReliance will provide the necessary software to manage unstructured data and records at PBGC. The GimmelSoft solution extends existing SharePoint 2010 functionality to enhance PBGC records management capabilities. GimmelSoft's Compliance Suite is proprietary software that only authorized reseller's are able to distribute the Sharepoint 2010 software. GimmelSoft only has one reseller on the GSA schedule, which is InfoReliance Corporation. Interested parties may submit their capability statements, and qualifications for the provision of this service via email to Durden.Lawrence@pbgc.gov no later than 9:00 am on May 8, 2012, which may be considered by the agency for purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Capability statements shall not exceed 3 pages in length. This is not a solicitation but a Notice of Intent. No solicitation will be issued.
