- SOLICITATION, STATEMENT OF WORK, ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ATTACHED This is a presolicitation notice to remove an existing deck covering on the main deck passageway and install new deck covering in accordance with the attached statement of work for the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Henry Bigelow. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 336611. The small business size standard is 1,000 employees. Required services are commercial in nature; therefore, FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, will apply to this acquisition. The period of performance shall be from May 16, 2012 to May 23, 2012. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Register via the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov/ or by contacting CCR Customer Service Contact Information at 1-888-227-2423. All offerors must submit their representations and certifications at the Online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) website at http://orca.bpn.gov. The RFQ will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov and is scheduled for issuance on or about May 15, 2012. No paper copies will be issued. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to respond to this solicitation notice.
