- Solicitation for HM1575-12-T-0011- Amunition The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency Protective Services (NGA PS) has an immediate requirement for Ammunition: 9 MM 124 Grain +P Bonded Jacketed Hollow Point (Quantity: 53 cases with each case containing 1,000 rounds per case) and.223 Caliber Tactical Patrol Rifle Premium 64 Grain Hi-Shok Pointed Soft Point (Quantity: 106 cases with each case containing 500 rounds per case). The ammunition must meet the Small Arms and Munitions Institute (SAMI) standards for production, reliability, and performance. Ammunition must be of U.S. manufacture. 32 cases of the 9MM 124 Grain +P Bonded Jacketed Hollow Point Ammunition and 64 cases of the.223 Caliber Tactical Patrol Rifle Premium 64 Grain Hi-Shok Pointed Soft Point are to be delivered to Springfield, VA. 21 cases of the 9MM 124 Grain +P Bonded Jacketed Hollow Point Ammunition and 42 cases of the.223 Caliber Tactical Patrol Rifle Premium 64 Grain Hi-Shok Pointed Soft Point are to be delivered to Arnold, MO. The vendor shall notify the receiving official of the delivery Not Later Than (NLT) 96 hours prior to its arrival. The vendor shall ship the required quantities of ammunition 30 days after award of the contract or sooner if possible. Shipping is FOB destination. Pricing must include all applicable taxes. The requirement is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) with a NAICS code of 332992, size standard 1000. All contractors must have a current registration in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) under the applicable NAICS Code to be eligible for award.
