- The Southeast Regional Maintenance Center is issuing this Sources Sought/Pre Solicitation Notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having interest in and the resources to support the upcoming Docking Phased Restricted Availability (DPRAV) on YRBM(L)-43. Accomplish modernization of the YRBM(L)-43 as follows; Removal of all steam system piping and heaters, removal of chill water piping. Modifications to electrical power and lighting systems, IC & alarm systems, shore power, air conditioning system upgrade, potable water system, fresh water piping, galley modification, and Drydock and Undock to include underwater preservation, and new zincs. Solicitations will be available on or about 11 May 2012. Offers are restricted to holders of an Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR). YRBM(L) is currently located at Jacksonville, Fl.
