- Questions and Answers Design Analysis AMENDMENT #5: ATTACHED IS THE DESIGN ANALYSIS WITH PHOTOS OF THE EXISTING CONDITIONS. THIS DOCUMENT IS TO BE TAKEN AS-IS AND OFFERORS ARE ADVISED NOT TO CONTACT ANY FIRM LISTED IN THE DOCUMENT FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION. ALSO ATTACHED ARE THE QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS FROM THE SITE VISIT. THIS IS AMENDMENT #4 TO THE SOLICITATION AND IT CHANGES THE COMPLETION TIME FOR THE PROJECT. DUE TO REQUIREMENTS FROM THE END USER THE COMPLETION TIME FOR THE PROJECT HAS CHANGED FROM: 309 DAYS TO: 150 DAYS. THIS CHANGE CUTS THE COMPLETION TIME IN HALF. AGAIN THE TIMELINE FOR COMPLETION HAS CHANGED TO 150 DAYS. THIS AMENDMENT CHANGES THE RESPONSE DUE DATE BECAUSE OF A DELAY IN PROVIDING ANSWERS TO THE QUESTIONS GENERATED IN RESPONSE TO THE SITE VISIT. THE RESPONSE DUE DATE IS HEREBY CHANGED FROM: 04 MAY 2012 TO: 18 MAY 2012 THIS AMENDMENT TO THE SOLICITATION IS TO ADD THE DEPARTMENT OF LABOR WAGE DETERMINATION FOR CONSTRUCTION WHICH WAS INADVERTENTLY LEFT OUT. THE WDOL NUMBER IS GA203 WITH AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF 01/06/2012. This is the solicitation for repair/replace the roof on Building 321. Contractor shall provide all supervision, administration, management, plant, labor, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to remove and replace the existing roof on building 321 on Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. This acquisition is a Small Business Set-Aside for HUBzone Certified Contractors only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238160. To be eligible for award contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) http://www.ccr.gov under the applicable NAICS code. Contractors must also submit their representation and certifications at the online representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) website at http://orca.gov. The rough order of Magnitude for this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This range does not necessarily reflect the proximity of the actual estimated cost.
