- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number W9127Q-12-T-0015 is issued as a Request for Quotes. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-58. This solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. NAICS for determination of size status is 336413. CLIN 0001: UH-60 TAIL WHEEL KIT, 8EA. Kit components can be found in attached spreadsheet. CLIN 0002: UH-60 MAIN WHEEL KIT, 8EA. Kit components can be found in attached spreadsheet. CLIN 0003: UH-60 48 MONTH FLIGHT CONTROL KIT, 8EA. Kit components can be found in attached spreadsheet. CLIN 0004: UH-60 5,000 HOUR BOLT KIT, 4EA. Kit components can be found in attached spreadsheet. Kits to be delivered to: 1108th TASMG, Attn: SGT Tanya Salva, Hangar 1 Hewes Ave, Gulfport, MS 39507-4323. The following FAR provisions apply: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items. Quotations will be evaluated on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Offerors must include a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items and DFARS 252.212-7000, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, with its offer. If offeror is registered in ORCA, Reps and Certs are not required; however, offeror must indicate such with their proposal.
