- Technical Provisions Wells RFP: 285-12-RFP-0021 The Indian Health Service, Nashville Area Office (IHS, NAO) is proposing to issue Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) to multiple firms that have expressed interest in providing scattered individual water wells at various locations throughout the Tuscarora and Tonawanda Seneca Nation service area located in the State of New York. All water well providers are encouraged to apply and after a BPA is issued, requirements will be identified within your service area; your firm will then be given an opportunity to provide a quotation. An order will be placed with the firm providing the most favorable quotation. Once work is completed and accepted, an invoice is submitted by the contractor. Final payment will be made by IHS, NAO within thirty days of receiving a complete and acceptable invoice. This BPA proposal will be a 100% set-aside for Indian owned small business concerns.
