- This is a Sole Source Award to Gans Pugh & Associates, for a firm-fixed-priced contract for the Panther P4Me-u-Intrusion & Video System Kit, and integrated wireless and /or hardwired video monitoring and intrusion detection system with monitor with alarms, integrated Dual Channel SD Card DVR, Integrated Quad Band GS/Remote Monitor, 2 camera indoor RACyl wireless cam Kit, 2 cameras indoor RACyl wired camera kit, kens kit for RACyl Camera, 2 indoor 55 Deg Remote head Wired Cameras, Over-pack Rolling Case, 20 Micro view w/lock II video scrambling, installed to protect Protective Service Battalion(PSB) principles when stateside and when in hostile/non-hostile overseas locations. The Panther P4Me-u-Intrusion & Video System Kit will provide personal security to the visiting Minister of Defense and Chief of Military of Defense while attending the 2012 NATO Summit, beginning on May 15, 2012 through May 23, 2012, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). This notice is neither a request for quote nor a solicitation of offers. The Government believes this is a sole source requirement; however, vendors that feel they can fulfill this requirement should contact the POC identified in this notice within one day, today, May 4, 2012, from 11:30 am to 3:30 p.m. eastern time. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
