- Attachment B Provision 52.212-2 Evaluation Factors for Award Attachment A SOW Combined Synopsis/Solicitation The contractor shall provide for the design, manufacture, delivery, assembly, and any other incidentals necessary to provide four (4) solid state converters in support of the B-1 IBS modification at Tinker Air Force Base, OK. A complete description of the requirement is attached in Attachment A, Statement of Work. Interested parties should review Attachment A and Attachment B along with the basic combined synopsis solicitation. The last page on the combined synopsis solicitation is an information sheet that shall be completed by the contractor and returned to the buyer.
