- PWS Ellsworth AFB, SD is searching for small business interested and capable of providing packing, crating, and local drayage services for the following counties: AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY: AREA 1, ND counties, Zone 41: Cavalier, Eddy, Foster, Grand Forks, Griggs, Nelson, Pembina, Ramsey, Steele, Traill, Walsh Zone 43: Barnes, Cass, Dickey, La Moure, Ransom, Richland, Sargent, Stutsman and Zone 44 Becker, Clay, Hubbard, Mahnomen, Norman, Otter Trail, Wadena, Wilkin. MN counties, Zone 42: Beltrami, Clearwater, Kittson, Koochiching, Lake of the Woods, Marshall, Pennington, Polk, Red Lake, Roseau. Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached.
