- The National Institutes of Health Clinical Center (NIHCC), Cell Processing Section (CPS) has a need to approve a "Justification for Other Than Full and Open" requirement in accordance with Far 6.302-1 Other Than Full and Open Competiton. The proposed vendor, CaridianBCT, is the only company that manufacturers the Elutra Kits and associated disposables. These kits are used to separate lymphocyte population from the other white blood cells (WBC) population.
