- Solicitation number, SPM4A6-12-R-0708 will issue on MAY 10, 2012 with a closing date of June 11, 2012. NSN is 5365-00-959-2152, Seal Ring, Split. Unit of issue is each. Solicitation is Unrestricted with Full and Open Competition. Sources of supply are Kaydon Ring and Seal, Inc, Cage 75370, Part Number: 48615-00 or Part Number:R48615 and Precision Rings Incorporated, Cage 99121, Part Number: J4-002. In accordance to Drawing number: 63005 6854491. Non-Commercial, Non-CSI, Critical Item Application, Source Control, Configuration Control, Measurement and Test Equipment (M/TE) Applicable. Surge and Sustainment not applicable. This procurement is for Stock only. This procurement is for Stock buy only. Requested delivery is 64 days ARO, resulting in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) to include one (1) base year plus four (4) option years. Guaranteed minimum quantity is 111 each. Guaranteed maximum quantity is 444 each. Estimated Annual Demand is 444 each. Maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 888 each. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
