- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Red River Army Depot has an requirement for 1 Mirage Plus Pop-up Display, in accordance with the attached purchase description. All units will be delivered to Red River Army Depot, Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. The Government has a Limited Source Justification (see attached) and intends to award to units produced by PGI Inc. Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest price technically acceptable proposal. Quotes will be evaluated as follows: Manufactuer, Technical Capability, Price & Delivery. FAR 52.211-6 Address all questions and comments in writing to jay.s.oliver.civ@mail.mil
