- Request for Information (RFI) for Managed Desktop Services. This is a Request for Information (RFI) as defined in FAR 15.201(e). The Government is requesting information regarding a potential requirement for Managed Desktop Services for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to improve the area of Service Design, Service Transition, and Service Operations through the insertion of a best practice Managed Desktop Services solution whose performance is tied closely to mutually agreed-upon service levels.
