- Solicitation number, SPM4A6-12-R-0703, IQC12121009035, 6150-01-578-5762, Cable assembly. Unit of issue is each. Solicitation is unrestricted, other than full and open competition. Weapons code is MAZ. Non Commercial and is not CSI. Surge and sustainment is required and MWR is 6. The solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one year plus four (4) option years. The Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) for the base year and for each option year thereafter is 585 each. The guaranteed minimum quantity for the base year only is 150 each. The minimum delivery order quantity for the base year and option years is 150 each. The maximum delivery order quantity for the base year and each option year is 585 each. The maximum annual contract for the base year and each option year quantity is 2,925 each. The requested delivery is 52 days ARO. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision will be based upon Price and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. FOB Destination with Inspection Acceptance at destination/destination. Shipment can be to any DLA stock location within the Continental United States (CONUS). Configuration control applies. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the Ariba system and review Reverse Auction help tutorials at : https://govauctions.supplier.ariba.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Clause L17C01 52.217-9002 "Conditions for evaluation & acceptance of offers for part numbered items" applies. Solicitation will issue on May 22, 2012 with a closing date of June 22, 2012.
