DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS Network Contracting Office 8 10000 Bay Pines Boulevard Bay Pines, FL 33744 Office: (727) 399-3343 Fax: (727) 399-3346 The Bay Pines VA Medical Center anticipates awarding a sole source procurement for a Small Business to American Purchasing Services, Inc. Scope of work includes supplies for Stryker Smart OR System. The scope of work is to provide Stryker SDC Ultra and SDP1000 Printer Kit to allow for patient scheduling, video capture and storage, DVD burning and more. NAICS code #339113 applies to this procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with small businesses capable of providing the equipment under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to RFP VA248-12-R-1355 and respond to the requirement. Information must be received before 2:00 PM, EST, May 23, 2012. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
