- This solicitation is hereby being modified to change issue date and closing date. Added Weapons System Code and Reverse Auction. Text below has been modified to reflect the change. All terms and conditions remains the same. Solicitation number, SPM4A6-12-R-0709 will issue on May 23, 2012 with a closing date of June 25, 2012. NSN is 5365-00-818-6247, Ring, Piston, Bleed, Valve. Weapon System Code is 06F-C130-Hercules. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023,Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted. Offerors are encouraged to access the Ariba System and review Auction help tutorials at: https://govauctions.supplier.ariba.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Unit of issue is each. Solicitation is Unrestricted with Full and Open Competition. Sources of supply are General Motor Corp, Cage 24617, Part Number: 6816336, Rolls-Royce Corporation, Cage 63005, Part Number: 6816336, and Dyna-Empire Inc, Cage 90827, Part Number: 6816336. Non-Commercial, Non-CSI, Critical Item Application, Higher- level Contract quality, Configuration Control, Measurement and Test Equipment (M/TE), Product Verification Testing Government First Article Testing, Production Lot Testing, Surge and Sustainment not applicable. This procurement is for Stock only. This procurement is for Stock buy only. Requested delivery is 64 days ARO, resulting in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) to include one (1) base year plus four (4) option years. Guaranteed minimum quantity is 633 each. Guaranteed maximum quantity is 2532 each. Estimated Annual Demand is 2532each. Maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 5064 each. Automated Best Value System applies.
