Description
NOTICE OF INTENT TO USE OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION IN THE AREA OF PIKEVILLE, KENTUCKY The U.S. Government currently occupies 17,730 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet of space located at 100 Fae Ramsey Lane in Pikeville, Kentucky 41501-3294. The General Services Administration plans to negotiate a succeeding lease at the existing location due to the economic benefit, mission related reasons and other factors. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making a determination the Government will consider relocation if consideration is given to the physical move costs, telecommunication relocation, disruption of agency productivity and replication of tenant improvement costs. Amount: The Government requires approximately 18,541 RSF and a minimum of 16,123 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet to a maximum of minimum of 16,123 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet for project number 0KY2065. 50 Reserved Parking Spaces and 83 Surface Parking Spaces are required. The delineated area is: North - Right Fork Cowpen Road West South - U.S. 23 North East - Clevinger Branch Road south to 3227 South West - 2061 back to the beginning of Right Fork Cowpen Road Required : All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Occupancy : The space is required for occupancy No Later Than August 20, 2012. Term : The lease term will be for ten (10) years with a five (5) years firm term.
