- A SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE solicitation will be issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division (SWD), Fort Worth District (SWF) for Tree Planting & Herbicide. The solicitation will be posted on the FedBizOpps website at http://www.fbo.gov on or about 18 May 2012. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 115310, Landscaping Services and a business size standard of $7 million. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, supplies, materials, transportation and supervision to accomplish tree planting and herbicide application services to designated areas at Wright Patman Lake; White Oak Creek Mitigation Area; Cooper Lake; Lake of the Pines; Sam Rayburn Lake and Town Bluff Lake. There are thirteen (13) Texas counties involved in this contract: Angelina, Bowie, Camp, Cass, Delta, Hopkins, Jasper, Nacogdoches, Sabine, San Augustine, Titus, Tyler, and Upshur. The Period of Performance will be 3 years from award, 365 days for base period, 365 days for each option year. The Range of this contract is between $500,000-$1,000,000.
