Work is to prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and the renovation of building 33. This procurement is set-aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Concerns. Bidders from other than Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. NAICS is 236220 applies, Size Standard is$33.5 Million. The construction magnitude for this project is between $2,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Solicitation package will be available on or about May 18, 2012.
