- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City, FL has a requirement to provide Testing, Operational and Maintenance support services of Project Support Craft (PSC), side scan sonar operations, Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROV), test range equipment, and technical expertise to support ongoing testing at NSWC PC. The PSC, side scan sonar(s) and ROV are owned by NSWC-Panama City to support Expeditionary Warfare Test and Evaluation Initiatives. This notice is provided to inform the public that this requirement is a competitive 8(a) requirement, in accordance with 15 U.S.C. 637(a) and 41 U.S.C. 253, and the Government will award a single contract. A technical proposal will be required. Award will be made on a best value basis. The effort to be solicited provides for a base year and four (4) one-year award term options. The contemplated award will be a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee Reimbursable contract. NSWC PCD plans on releasing the solicitation electronically on about 31 May 2012.
