- Attachments RFP Package Not Set Aside for Small Business In accordance with FAR 36.206 Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects; the range for this requirement is between $25,000 and $100,000. Solicitation is Firm Fixed Price. The contractor shall install 1) Upgrade to PIMC IT Server Room A/C and 2) Removal of A/C and installation of Heat Pump with Replacement of Duct Work at the Phoenix Indian Medical Center. (see scope of work for more details). The unit price paid to the Contractor shall be considered as payment in full for services provided under this contract. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and transportation, etc SITE VISIT: a. The clauses at 52.236-2, Differing Site Conditions, and 52.236-3, Site Investigations and Conditions Affecting the Work, will be included in any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation. Accordingly, offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. Site Visit is Mandatory. b. The Contractor shall perform a preliminary inspection and assessment of facility. An organized site visit is scheduled at - Phoenix Indian Medical Center (Engineering Department Library) 4212 N. 16th Street Phoenix, AZ 85016 on Thursday, May 10, 2012 at 9:00 am Arizona Time. c. Participants shall coordinate their site visits with the Contract Specialist, Brian G. Numkena at 602-200-5250, brian.numkena@ihs.gov.
