- solicitation wage determination The Contractor will provide all labor materials, equipment to replace failed effluent pump, guide rails, discharge elbow and float switch at the Tracen wastewater treatment plant. Relocate two clean out risers for the sewer forced main line along the California loop from Two-Rock elementry School and add valve and cam-lock connection to allow hose connection, set new box each, per attached scope of work. All work shall be performed at USCG Training Center, Petaluma, CA.
