- The Draft Performance Specification has been posted for review and comment by industry. The Draft Performance Specification for DEERWS can be located on the web at https://www.fbo.gov/ Search for W911QY12R0035. Click on the results. Then after the synopsis, under Additional Info, there is "Additional documentation", which is a link to the Draft Performance Specification for DEERWS. In accordance with FAR Part 13 and in conjunction with FAR Part 15, The US Army Contracting Command-APG- Natick Contracting Division has a requirement for the production of the Deployable Energy Efficient Rigid Walled Shelters (DEERWS). This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Government is anticipating awarding multiple 5 year IDIQ contract(s) with a minimum dollar value of $5,000 per contract and a maximum dollar value of $49,000,000.00 combined from all contracting actions.
