- R-114 Refrigerant Reclamation: Contractor is to furnish all services, materials and transportation for the reclamation / refurbishment of various R-114 cylinders. Work includes pickup of cylinders at Defense Depot Richmond, VA (DDRV), weighing, sampling, testing, recovery/reclamation of R-114, separation of R-114 by distillation on C/CF cylinders and cylinders not meeting purity requirements, refurbishment and return of cylinders to DDRV. This solicitation will be awarded as a firm-fixed price contract. A copy of the solicitation will be available at https://www.fbo.gov on or about May 15, 2012. The NAICS code for this requirement is 325120. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The small business size standard is 1000 employees.
