- COMPETITION LIBRARY The T-45 CLS N00019-12-R-0001 Competition Library is hosted on a Department of Defense (DoD) Information System. Access to the library requires a DoD Common Access Card (CAC) or External Certification Authority (ECA) certificate. An ECA certificate can be obtained from IdenTrust, Inc., Operational Research Consultants, Inc. (ORC) or VeriSign, Inc. Additional information on obtaining an ECA certificate is available at http://iase.disa.mil/pki/eca/index.html. The link to the library is: https://pma273.navair.navy.mil/. Each individual requesting access will be required to have a DoD Common Access Card (CAC) or External Certification Authority (ECA) certificate. Click the link above to request access. Once the request information is received, recorded, and validated by the Government, notification of access will be provided via e-mail. The schedule includes a visit to NAS Kingsville, TX on Monday, 11 June; NAS Pensacola, FL on Wednesday, 13 June; and NAS Meridian, MS on Thursday, 14 June. Registration details and directions will be posted to FBO in the near future. PRE-SOLICITATION CONFERENCE AND ONE-ON-ONE'S The pre-solicitation conference will NOT be hosted during the site visit week and is tentatively anticipated to be scheduled in July or August in Patuxent River, MD. The Government intends to provide for a second round of one-on-one sessions in conjunction with the pre-solicitation conference. If a company is not available in-person for the pre-solicitation one-on-one opportunity, the Government will host the one-on-one via video or audio conference. Further details on the pre-solicitation conference and one-on-one sessions will be provided once they are finalized.
