- The Rhode Island Chapter of the National Contract Management Association is pleased to announce that REGISTRATION for the 2012 NCMA RI INDUSTRY DAYS - INCREASING COMPETITION, to be held at the Crowne Plaza at the Crossings, Warwick, RI on June 5th and 6th 2012, is now open. Industry Days attendance is limited and a large response is anticipated, so do not delay registering online at http://ncma-ri.org/event-registration/. The registration fee of $300 will be used to defray expenses incidental to the conduct of the symposium. This includes administrative expenses, refreshments, luncheons, reception and a contribution to the Chapter ™s General Fund. Please note that each registration fee covers one attendee only, for both days. All lodging and transportation arrangements are the responsibility of the attendees. The Crowne Plaza at the Crossings, Warwick, RI (401-732-6000) is the conference hotel and a block of rooms has been reserved. To receive the NCMA conference room rate of $129 mention NCMA RI INDUSTRY DAYS when making your reservations, and make them as quickly as possible. Industry Day will be a two-day event that will include presentations by NUWC Division Newport, Small Business Administration, Office of Rehabilitative Services, Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Labor, General Services Administration, National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, Army National Guard, and the Coast Guard R&D Center. This years presentations will cover technical information and long-range plans and strategies for all of these agencies.
