- This notice is for project no. 623-12-108 Construction Natural Gas Line Expansion at the Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center in Muskogee, OK. This is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside. All SDVOSB's may submit a bid which will be considered by the agency. If your firm is not legally designated as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, you are not eligible to bid on this project. This procurement is classified under NAICS Code 236220 which has a size standard of $33.5 million. The estimated cost range for this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. This work includes demolition, general construction, plumbing, mechanical and equipment installation. All work will be completed in accordance with VA specifications, drawings, provisions, clauses and conditions of the contract. All work shall be completed within 175 days after the Government issues a Notice to Proceed. All work shall comply with local and state codes. A site visit is scheduled for Thursday, June 14, 2012 at 10:00 am. Meet at Building 18 at the Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center, 1011 Honor Heights Drive, Muskogee, 74401-1318. Participation in the site visit is not mandatory but highly recommended. Site visit contact is Amanda Riggs, 918-577-3682. Specifications and drawings will be uploaded on or about May 25, 2012. Specifications and plans will be available for download from the FedBizOpps site: http:fbo.gov. Amendments to this notice will be posted at the FedBizOpps website. Bidders are responsible for obtaining and acknowledging all amendments to this solicitation prior to the closing of the response time.
