- Rock Creek Park Water Distribution System Improvements This modification makes the following changes to Announcement No. E12PS40413 issued on 04/03/2012: 1.) The solicitation with attached plans and specifications shall be issued on or about 05/14/2012.2.) Responses will be due approximately 30 days following issuance of solicitation. Actual date will be established at the time solicitation documents are available. It is the responsibility of all interested contractors to acknowledge ALL amendments to the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered. No other changes are made to Announcement No. E12PS40413 issued on 04/03/2012.
