- THIS IS A COMPETITIVE ACQUISITON The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is soliciting proposals to develop a supplemental issue of a nationally recognized pediatric journal on home visiting and early childhood systems. The supplemental issue shall meet the following metrics: •Circulation: 55,000 or more •Impact Factor: 3 or higher •Target Audience: Pediatricians •Translated Editions: 3 or more different languages •Number of citations: 7,000 or more There is no incumbent as this is a new HRSA requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement 511120, "Periodical Publishers" and the small business size in dollars is $6M. This will be a firm-fixed price purchase order under FAR Part 13. The period of performance will be for 12 months. A solicitation will be issued electronically, and will be available for downloading from this site on or about May 21, 2012. The due date for questions is May 25, 2012 no later than 10:00 a.m. EST. The due date for proposals is June 21, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. EST. TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL NOT BE HONORED.
