- The VA VISN 15 Contracting Office is soliciting quotes to locate a qualified contractor to provide the labor, materials, equipment and supervision needed to provide maintenance services for two HVAC systems located at the Veterans Integrated Service Network 15 (VISN) Office 1201 Walnut Street Suite 800, Kansas City, MO 64106 All work will be performed in strict accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract period which will run from approximately May 15, 2012 thru May 14, 2013 for the base year and four subsequent option years, if exercised by the Government. This will be a commercial item procurement under FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures utilizing Request for Quote solicitation procedures. This procurement will be Set-A-Side for small business NAICS code 238220. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted on or around 05/04/2012, with a due date of 05/14/2012, and an anticipated award date of 05/15/2012. The solicitation package along with any amendments will only be provided electronically through the Government's Point of Entry.
