- This is a notice of intent to to award a sole source purchase order and is not a request for competitive proposals under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. the government intends to solicit a quote and enter into a purchase order with Hitachi aAoka Medical for the purchase q of a rigid laparoscopic probe which is a preferred transducer for liver RFA and biopsies and also provides additional utility in the operating room as an extra lifting tool inside the adomen.
