- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS: Due to proprietary information/ rights, the Corpus Christi Army Depot, Corpus Christi, Texas intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the Authority of FAR 6.302. This requirement is for the calibration of static and master blades. Negotiations will be conducted solely with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation. This synopsis is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals received by the closing date will be considered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This determination is solely within the discretion of the Government. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. To obtain more information send an email to deno.a.stamos@us.army.mil.
