Description

To continue our goal of obtaining World Class-Level III, the End to End (E2E) initiative authorized by the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), must continue to be supported by the current contractor in order for the Customer Relationship & Integration (CR&I) Division to meet the pre-determined deadlines and deliverables. The current contractor has been supporting this initiative since 2010 and has a clear understanding and direction on where this project needs to continue in its goal. Due to the current and future FY12 tasks and the associated tight deadlines, it would be detrimental to the project if another vendor were allowed to jump aboard midstream and provide support. Any other vendor would need time to clearly understand the scope, tasks and related deliverables that have already been explained to the current vendor. Task Order TIRNO-11-K-00015 was competed amongst several GS Schedule Holders for the initial services. Deloitte was selected as the most technically qualified firm. This request is to continue the support the current initiative started under contract, TIRNO-11-K-00015, for an additional six months until a competed Blanket Purchase Agreement is established to provide follow-on support.
