- NCIC Form Drawings Statement of Work RFQP05031200009-Solicitation Cover Letter 5WY The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution Big Spring, Texas, intends to issue solicitation RFQP05031200009, for the requirements to: design, install, and test an Automatic Fire Sprinkler System in the existing Control Center. This solicitation is unrestricted, FOB Destination, the NAICS code for this requirement is 238220. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government will award to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation that is considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a written offer which will be considered for award. The solicitation will be made available on or about May 04, 2012. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is May 21, 2012. The solicitation will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration=s Federal Business Opportunities web site https://www.fbo.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely though this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Payment will be made using the Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
