- Conference Flyer The Social Security Administration will host it's fifth annual Small Business Procurement Conference on Thursday, June 28, 2012. The outreach event will be at the agency headquarters in Baltimore, Maryland. The conference will begin at 7:30 am and will conclude at 1:30 pm. The guest speaker will be Marie Johns (Deputy Administrator for the Small Business Administration). The keynote speaker will be Carolyn Colvin, Deputy Commissioner of Social Security. Conference participants will have opportunities for business matchmaking, networking with exhibitors, and workshops offered by the Office of Acquisition and Grants. Large businesses seeking to achieve supplier diversity with the small business community are encouraged to participate as exhibitors.
