- Western Area Power Administration intends to aquire on a sole source basis wood laminate structures manufactured by Laminated Wood Systems. Western believes that Laminated Wood Systems is the only company that can provide the structures that will meet our requirement. Anticipated award date is May 14, 2012. This is not a request for quotes/proposals. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement by e-mailing the Contracting Officer at kostel@wapa.gov. Capability statements must include documentation of the ability to satisfy the Government's requirements. Any information received will be considered for the purpose of conducting a competitive procurement.
