- This is a Request for Information (RFI only).Bevilacqua Research Corporation (BRC); as a Subcontractor to SAIC under the EAST PrimeContract, is conducting a research of current industry capabilities and methodologies fora Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) product to support the modernization of NASASIdentity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) Enterprise software program. The attached ICAM Modernization (ICAM-M); Word document Attachment A ; Version 1.1:Dated 26 April 2012, contains a general description of the software requirements and thefeatures and functions required/desired by BRC. Interested parties are asked to providetechnical feedback to this request by 04 Jun 2012, explaining how their product(s) meetsor exceeds (or fails to meet) the overall areas contained in the attachment. Specifically, it is requested that vendors provide a technical response that follows theoutline of Section C of the attachment along with any vendor brochures that supportyour response. This information should : be e-mailed w/attachments to:Edward.D.Smith@nasa.gov. For subscribers to the Commerce Business Daily (CBD) who wish toobtain the relevant Word document, access said information athttp://procurement.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/EPS/bizops.cgi?gr=C&pin=62. Information gathered in response to this RFI will be used to make a determination onwhether or not to pursue a formal solicitation for fulfillment of NASAs ICAM needs. This RFI is not to be construed as a commitment by BRC nor will BRC pay for theinformation solicited.Respondents will not be notified of the result of the review. Any questions regarding this announcement should be made to the identified point ofcontact within 7 calendar days of this release. NO SOLICITATION EXISTS; THEREFORE, DONOT REQUEST A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION. If a solicitation is released, it will besynopsized in the FedBizOpps and the NASA Acquisition Internet Service (NAIS Web-site). It is the potential offerors' responsibility to monitor these sites for the release ofany solicitation or synopsis.
