Description
AMENDMENT 0001 EFFECTIVE MAY 4, 2012 AND RFQ DUE IS EXTENDED TO MAY9, 2012 AT 15:00 PACIFIC TIME. THE PUPROSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO CORRECT ITEM 0004 TO READ AS HBL 41007CW CONNECTOR AND TO INCORPORATE THE SPECIFICATIONS REQUIRED. SPECIFICATIONS ON PDU: 75KVA transformer should be used with all over current protection breakers for input and out. The transformer will have a 480V 100Amp delta input, to 208V 60 Amp Y output. The input should use Hubbell HBL4100B7W inlet connector. The power out will include a total of three 208V/60Amp 3phase outputs using the Hubbell HBL560R9W sleeve connector, each with its own breaker, 3 total 3 phase breakers with ground Y configuration. Also for the power out, a total of 4 NEMA L6-30 receptacles for 208V/30a single phase receptacles, each with its own breaker, 4 total single phase breakers And 8 5-15 house hold spade type 120V/20amp receptacles. Each set of 4 should have its own breaker. 2 single phase breakers total.
