- This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract under the statutory authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation, 6.302-1, only one responsible source, and not other supplies or services will satisfy Agency requirements, to Integrative Dynamics LLC, 5 Hancock Ave, Lexington, MA 02420 for curriculum development training. The proposed contract action will develop and implement Beyond Reason training for CGSC faculty and curriculum developers in negotiations and conflict resolution. This develop of training will assist in educating Intermediate Level Education students in solving complex problems while emotions are involved. Effective emotional decision making is a very important in the Army as Iraq and Afghanistan are common places where decisions are needing to be made. This requirement is for a period of performance of one year with an anticipated award date of 4 June 2012 and two (2) option years. Integrative Dynamics LLC is the sole source provider of this training as the copyright holder of the material. This procurement will be accomplished under FAR Parts 12 and 13 Procedures. The NAICS code for this requirement is 611710. The size standard is $7.0M. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available for competitive proposals. Phone calls will not be accepted.
