- The following answer questions of an interested party. Question: In looking over this SOW I was unable to identify the "Site Inspection Reports" referred to in Section 1.8.2 Site Inspection Survey. Can you provide the form or an example? Answer: Site Inspection Reports are the drawings in attachment B - Site Sketches Page 1- 21 of the Statement of Work (SOW) Question: Looking at the scope item 1.6 QA wherein it asks the Engineer to affix his seal to all survey drawings. It appears that this would require a Licensed Surveyor rather than a Licensed Engineer to sign and seal the survey drawings, while it appears intended that an engineering report be prepared regarding the Site Inspection report referred to above, which presumably would need to be prepared and signed by a Licensed Engineer. Answer: Investigation report will need the signature of a licensed Engineer while survey drawings will need the seal of a Licensed Surveyor.
