- This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. The intent of this notice is to identify potential offerors for market research purposes. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to identify companies with the capacity, experience, and interest in competing for a Base Operations Support Services Contract at Deveselu Air Base, Romania. The work includes, but is not limited to, providing all management, supervision, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provide services for: management and administration, fire and emergency services, material management, supply services, galley services, bachelor quarters services, facilities management, facilities investment, custodial, pest control, service calls, integrated solid waste management, grounds maintenance and landscaping, pavement clearance, electrical utilities; wastewater, water, base support vehicles and equipment, and environmental services. The work will be accomplished under a combination Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) and Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. The contract term will be a base period with a potential of two one-year option periods. The estimated value will be about $4M-$5M firm fixed-price per year with possible IDIQ work of an unknown value at this time. The NAICS code is 561210, Facility Support Services.
