- This is not a request for quotation. This is a notice of the Government's intent to award a contract on a sole source basis to McDaniel Training and Contracting, Brunswick GA, pursuant to FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), intends to acquire the services of a senior principal advisor to serve as a subject matter expert in support of the ICE Academy, HSI Training Division, Federal Law Enforcement Training Accreditation (FLETA) curriculum redesign effort. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations, and no solicitation is available.
