- Non-Disclosure Agreement Attachment 10 - Seniority List Attachment 9 - Proposal Checklist Attachment 8 - Field Level Supervision Attachment 7 - Award Approval Request Attachment 6 - Price Element Breakdown Attachment 5 - CBA's Attachment 4 - Past Performance Questionnaire Attachment 3 - Past Project Form Attachment 2 - Statement of Work Exhibits Attachment 1 - Statement of Work RFP Terms and Conditions The Federal Protective Service, East Consolidated Contracts Group intends to acquire protective security officer (PSO) services at federally owned and leased facilities located at 1200 Pennsylvania Ave., NW, 1301 Constitution Ave., NW, 1201 Constitution Ave., NW, 500 12 th St., SW, and 1100 Pennsylvania Ave., NW, Washington, DC via full and open competition. As an integral component of the FPS security effort, the contractor shall provide and maintain all management, supervision, manpower, training, equipment, supplies, licenses, permits, certificates, insurance, pre-employment screenings, reports and files necessary to accomplish PSO services for the Washington DC customers. This requirement is being solicited as a commercial item acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 12. It is anticipated that a single award, labor hour, Requirements type contract will be established as a result of the solicitation. The overall period of performance will be five years with a six month option to extend services (to include FAR 52.217-8). The NAICS code for this acquisition is 561612, Security Guard and Patrol Services. The RFP shall require the submission of a technical proposal as well as a price proposal. All contractors must be registered ( http://www.ccr.gov ) in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Further, offerors are required to go on-line to the Business Partner Network at http://orca.bpn.gov to complete their Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) prior to submittal of a proposal.
