- JOTFOC Request for Quote This is a solicitation for a one-time buy for 20 EA of FSC 9905 Instruction Plates. As this is a part number specific item, please see attached Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition (JOTFOC). Please fill out the RFQ in it's entirety and submit to joshua.walker@gsa.gov before the closing of the RFQ. FOB is Origin. Evalution Criteria, award will be made IAW M-FSS-301-A and to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Please note delivery time as 30 Days ARO or better.
